We all know how delicious and popular the Margaret Palca Bakes spot on Columbia street is, and when she opened the Court street location in August 2007 there was hope of it doing even better. However, it seems it was not the case, and we were very sad to read in the Brooklyn Paper that the Court street bakery will be closing very soon.
