Grindhaus to open in November

at least that's what New York Magazine seems to think:

Housemade sausage is but one attraction at this Red Hook spot, where chef-owner Erin Norris will indulge her own eclectic appetite with digressions like Gruy√®re fritters, brandade, and just maybe her signature snack, mini corn dogs she calls “little bitches.”
