Free Weekend Art Making Workshops for Families

What is it?
Led by Kentler's Art Education team of professional Teaching Artists "Drawing Together" is an opportunity for families to work together to explore contemporary art on view in the gallery through games, art making, poems, outdoor explorations and more!! Programs are designed for ages 4 and up.

Who are the Teaching Artists?
Kate Baird
lives in Brooklyn and works as a teaching artist for the Guggenheim Museum and the Kentler International Drawing Space. She received an MFA from the University of Chicago in 2005. Her paintings, drawings and prints explore ideas about place and the natural world and can be seen at katebairdart.com.
Meghan Keane
is a Brooklyn-based interdisciplinary artist inspired by hair, gender, microscopes, and the unexpected beauty of things. She is currently a Visiting Artist at the Brooklyn College Art Department Printshop. Her work can be seen at meghankeanestudio.com.
