Join Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito of Baked, Red Hook's most creative bakery, as they present many of the delectable goodies from their new cookbook, Baked: New Frontiers in Baking. Then sit back and enjoy as Jeff Gorlechen of Sixpoint Craft Ales makes the perfect pairing. It's safe to say it will be a pretty sweet evening.
