You may have wondered, as I did, how all the new bike racks appeared overnight in our neighborhood last month. This interview with Brad Kerr, a member of our Columbia Waterfront Neighborhood Association (CoWNA), sheds some light:http://seeclickfix.blogspot.
Brad and ten neighbors began a year ago by documenting our need for bike parking with an app called SeeClickFix, but he credits Dave Abraham from Transportation Alternatives for getting the bike racks installed.
