Carroll Gardens / Columbia Waterfront Rezoning Success!

After several years in the making, the proposed downzoning/contextual zoning for Carroll Gardens and the Columbia Waterfront reached the final stage today at City Council (and was presumably approved), marking a huge success in maintaining the physical appearance of our neighborhoods and preventing out of context development.
